I. The head judge will be your contact person. If you have not heard from your head judge one week prior to your tryout, email Spirit Event Coordinators.
II. With the excess number of tryouts being conducted in your area, you are not guaranteed to have ethnic backgrounds or gender in which you have requested. However, Spirit Event Coordinators will strive to honor your requests. They will find professional judges who are qualified.
III. With judges being independent contractors, Spirit Event Coordinators is not liable for incidents, if any should occur, during or after your tryout. The judges will be objective according to the requirements or materials (i.e. score sheets) presented to them by your school. For the judge’s privacy and protection, Spirit Event Coordinators will not disclose any personal information to the public after the tryout, with the exception of officials from your school.
IV.Changes and Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel your request for judges, send a fax or an email no later than 48 hours prior to your tryout.Otherwise, you will be responsible for the payment amount. You may not change the number of teams once the tryout is over.Submit any changes at least 48 hours prior to your tryout date.
V. PAYMENT INFORMATION
SEC requires payment in advance of services. Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of judges.
We will email your invoice to you once your tryout has been staffed.

Judges - Prices are per school
If the tryout runs over 3 hours per team, you will be charged an additional $20 per judge/hour.
Judge Initial Fee: $80.00 per judge
For each additional squad: $20.00 per judge
Mascot tryouts are no charge! Please limit skits to one minute.
If your judges are driving over 40 miles one way, you will be charged mileage for one car at the rate of $0.50 per mile.
Clinic Instructors (Optional) - Prices are per school
Instructor Initial Fee for one day (up to three hours): $200.00 per instructor
