Can I make changes after I submit my request for tryout judges?

Where do you get your judges?

Our judges are selected from Universal Cheerleaders Association, National Cheerleaders Association, College Cheerleading and Dance teams, and various other cheerleading organizations.

 

Are the judges qualified?

We only select the top cheerleaders and dancers in the country to represent Spirit Event Coordinators. Each judge has to fill out an application detailing their cheerleading or dance background. From there, Spirit Event Coordinators handpick the judges that will attend your tryout.

 

Do I have to pay each judge?

NO! You make ONE check payable to Spirit Event Coordinators. You will receive an invoice once your tryout has been staffed.

 

I have to have a minority judge. Is that possible?

We will locate qualified judges but cannot do so with regard to race and/or sex. We cannot guarantee you will have a minority judge. However, at the bottom of the Tryout Information Sheet, there is a place for special requests. We will strive to honor your request.

 

I have not heard from my judges.

Your head judge will contact you one-two weeks before your tryout.  If you have not heard from your head judge and your tryout is less than a week away, please contact us.

 

How do I get judges from my area when you are based in Texas?

We have territory managers who are in charge of different states. Our territory managers have a database of judges for each state.
